Utah Racing Club – Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are offered for events hosted by Utah Racing Club ("URC", "we", "our"). By purchasing a ticket or registering for any URC event, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a full refund up to one day before the scheduled event date.

No refunds will be granted on the day of the event under any circumstances.
How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please email us at info@utahracingclub.com with your order number and contact information. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Weather Policy In the event that weather conditions prevent us from safely hosting the event:

Your ticket will be automatically transferred and honored at the next upcoming Utah Racing Club event.

Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations unless required by law.
Non-Transferable Tickets All sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by URC.
Force Majeure URC is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, pandemic restrictions, or venue cancellations. In such cases, we reserve the right to reschedule the event or transfer tickets to a future event.
